Yandex withdrew its 2026 forecasts for revenue and adjusted EBITDA, saying October attacks on its data centers created external factors that make year-end results hard to estimate. The company had forecast revenue growth of about 20% and adjusted EBITDA of 350 billion rubles. It said it will consider resuming forecasts from next quarter.

Interfax and Meduza, the latter citing RBC, reported that the company had earlier forecast revenue growth of about 20% in 2026 and adjusted EBITDA of 350 billion rubles. Yandex said it would consider resuming publication of forecasts starting next quarter. [ 2 , 6 ]

According to Kommersant, nine-month revenue rose 16% to 1.17 trillion rubles, and third-quarter revenue rose 12% to 411 billion rubles. Adjusted EBITDA since the start of the year rose 30% to 250 billion rubles, and 12% to 88 billion rubles in the third quarter. IFRS net profit for nine months was 128 billion rubles, up 46%, and 46 billion rubles in the third quarter, up 2%. Kommersant and Vedomosti said the company stated the drone attacks came after the reporting period and did not affect third-quarter results. [ 4 , 5 ]

Interfax reported that Yandex does not plan to increase capital expenditure this year, saying it had invested in reserve capacity and equipment in advance; investment over nine months was 115 billion rubles. The company said it keeps its long-term strategic priorities, including artificial intelligence and autonomous technologies, and will continue developing its own foundation models, including for Alisa AI. Kommersant and Vedomosti reported that, according to the company, access to services for users and business has been restored, and Kommersant added that engineers are working to bring back all functionality in full. Meduza wrote that three of six Yandex data centers, in Sasovo in the Ryazan region, Kaluga and Vladimir, were attacked by Ukrainian drones over a week in early October, and that some services were temporarily unavailable or limited. Meduza also cited Kommersant as reporting that experts estimate replacing damaged equipment will take about six months. [ 4 , 5 , 6 ]

Почему это важно

The withdrawal means the company no longer gives investors a full-year outlook for this year. Yandex said its long-term strategic priorities, including artificial intelligence, are unchanged and that it does not plan to raise capital spending this year.
