Interfax identified the resource as a Telegram channel. Interfax and RIA Novosti named the film critic as Teymur Aliyev (Теймур Алиев); RBC, Vedomosti and Kommersant used a different spelling of his first name, Тимур. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 ]
The other people added were Roman Malozemov (Роман Малоземов), identified by Interfax as a lawyer and Novosibirsk activist; blogger Muslim Satuyev (Муслим Сатуев); and religious figure Ishmurat Khaybullin (Ишмурат Хайбуллин). According to the ministry's account reported by Interfax, Khaybullin distributed extremist material calling for violations of Russia's territorial integrity, false information about authorities and the Russian Orthodox Church, and material from designated foreign agents and undesirable organisations. The ministry also cited his opposition to the military operation. Interfax said the channel was accused of distributing designated foreign agents' and an undesirable organisation's material and false information about authorities and the electoral system. The ministry removed the environmental association Okhrana Prirody (Охрана природы) and the company Lyudi (ЛЮДИ) from the register because they had been liquidated, Interfax, Vedomosti and Kommersant reported.
