Part of Kyiv's public transport was temporarily halted in the Obolonskyi, Podilskyi and Sviatoshynskyi districts because of a lack of electricity supply, Vedomosti reported, citing the municipal enterprise Kyivpastrans (Киевпастранс). Kyivpastrans said the stoppage was caused by a lack of voltage in the power system. TASS and RBC also reported the transport stoppage in three districts of the city. [ 1 , 2 , 4 ]

On the same day traffic on three bridges over the Dnieper in Kyiv was restricted and public transport routes were changed, Vedomosti reported. [ 2 ]
