Line Games added a new character, Kai, to the mobile SRPG Genesis Mobile in an October 6 update and is giving the character free to every player who logs in, according to the company. Genesis Mobile is developed by Meerkat Games and serviced by Line Games, the outlets reported. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]
Kai is described as an alternative version of Kalks Brandt, a character who has lived a different fate from the original story and is one of the Ark's Number Sees. The company said Kai is the game's first two-in-one character: in battle the character can summon a small Helkite to fight alongside, and uses the ultimate skill Cheonji Yuseong Nakyeolmu. Equipping the exclusive weapon Gigadeath unlocks additional abilities. [ 2 , 3 ]
Story content built around the new character was also published. A newly released Cosmos Saga side story follows Kalks Brandt after surviving a final battle with Beradin in another world, according to the outlets. Knight order content received a broad overhaul, adding a knight order pass that grants rewards for knight order and personal activity, a shop using a dedicated currency, and a system that sums members' daily logins and pays out rewards by achievement tier. Support for new and returning players was expanded until the November 3 maintenance. According to the company, returning players who complete a seven-day mission can receive up to 300 summon tickets, including Cubes of Fate and Cubes of All Things, while new players can receive up to 200 Outer One character summon tickets by completing missions. During the same period, the Alternative attendance challenge offers items such as Cubes of the Other Side, Cubes of Parallel, Dimension Keys and Laznite, and players who obtain Kai and complete growth missions receive an SD Kai plus rank-up and class-change materials. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]
An Innocence skin for Outer One character Sirano Bernstein was added to the coin exchange shop, purchasable with Kashmir seals earned by taking part in a fighting contest. The game is available on Google Play, the Apple App Store, One Store and PC Google Play Games, the outlets reported. [ 2 , 3 ]
Por qué importa
The update bundles a headline character with a large set of login and mission rewards, a common way for mobile game publishers to pull back lapsed players and add new ones. The documents give no player numbers or revenue figures, so the commercial effect of the update is not yet visible from the coverage.
