Russia is immediately beginning to lift restrictions on diesel exports ahead of the previously planned dates, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told journalists in Moscow on October 9, RIA Novosti reported. "Russia for its part, being one of the key suppliers of diesel to the world market, is also immediately beginning to lift restrictions on diesel exports ahead of the planned dates," he said.
