Max plans to add multiple pinned messages and stories in channels soon, chief executive Farit Khusnoyarov (Фарит Хуснояров) said at the Digital Solutions forum, according to Russian reports on October 9. In remarks carried by RIA Novosti and Vedomosti, he said he expected discussion threads to appear in the first quarter of 2027. Khusnoyarov said the messenger still lacked some functions and that the team intended to add more features requested by users. He also said it had reached 140 million registrations and 90 million daily users. According to his account, achieving the quantitative targets allowed the team to devote more time to product quality.
