Zhongxin Jiantou says supernode products are moving into volume delivery
In short
Zhongxin Jiantou (中信建投) said in a research report that domestic and overseas vendors are now releasing supernode products in quick succession. It said the industry has moved from solution validation to scaled delivery, and that server makers, switch chips, switches and connectors should benefit first.

Zhongxin Jiantou (中信建投) said in a research report that domestic and overseas vendors are currently releasing supernode products in quick succession. According to the report, the industry has moved from solution validation into scaled delivery. Yicai (第一财经), 36Kr (36氪) and Jiemian (界面新闻) all carried this conclusion on 22 October 2026. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]
Yicai reported the report's explanation of the technology. Supernodes enlarge the ScaleUp interconnect domain, unify memory addressing and raise interconnect efficiency inside the cabinet, so that system engineering overcomes the cross-node communication limits of traditional eight-card servers. The report said supernodes hold clear advantages over traditional computing clusters in compute utilisation, interconnect bandwidth, throughput, latency, MoE adaptation and effective per-card throughput. [ 1 ]
On the supply chain, the report said complete servers, switch chips, switches and connectors are expected to benefit first. It added that PCB, liquid cooling, power supply, CPU and domestic computing chips will also keep benefiting as supernode penetration rises. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]
Why it matters
The documents give the view of a single research report, carried by business and tech outlets, on which parts of the supply chain may gain as supernodes spread. They give no sales figures, company names or product details.

Confirmed by several sources
- Nothing is confirmed by two independent outlets yet.
Still unclear
- Which vendors are releasing supernode products and how much has been delivered. The documents name no companies, products or delivery figures.
- Whether the comparison with traditional computing clusters holds in practice. The advantages in utilisation, bandwidth, throughput and latency are the report's own claims, and only Yicai carries them; no figures are given.
