CJ Onstyle (CJ온스타일) said on 22 October that it will build what it called a Korean-style creator commerce market. The company, which is operated by the commerce division of CJ ENM, announced its growth strategy at a media day for Creator Commerce Festival Korea (CCFK) 2026 at COEX in Seoul. [ 1 , 3 , 4 ]

The company set a goal of raising creator commerce sales by 2030 to 35 times the 2025 level, which it described as the first year of the business. It also aims to train 100,000 commerce-focused creators by 2030 and to raise creator commerce's share of mobile content commerce sales to 50%. ZDNet Korea and Newsis put the share at 9% last year. [ 1 , 3 , 4 ]

CJ Onstyle plans an end-to-end model covering product planning, content production, sales, logistics and customer service, according to the reports. Newsis said it also covers advertising, affiliate marketing, group buying, brands and overseas expansion. Yonhap said the plan targets weak domestic infrastructure, citing cases where creators find manufacturers themselves for group buying or where late delivery leads to customer complaints. [ 1 , 4 ]

More than 100 producers and mobile live commerce capabilities will be used for content production. The company also plans to use data and AI to match creators with brands, and to pursue content trend analysis and automated short-form production using an AI content business platform built in August, according to ZDNet Korea and Newsis. [ 1 , 3 , 4 ]

These functions are centred on ONTNER, a creator matching platform launched in September. ZDNet Korea and Newsis said it supports the process from product search and matching to content production, sales, settlement, delivery and customer service. The company forecast that this year its creator commerce sales will rise about 3.3 times and the number of collaborating creators about 23 times from last year. [ 3 , 4 ]

Seong Dong-hoon (성동훈), head of the platform division at CJ ENM's commerce division, said the company would combine its content commerce competitiveness with data and AI capabilities to set a new standard for creator commerce. He said it would also support the overseas expansion of Korean brands. Newsis quoted him as saying content itself is now becoming the store. [ 1 , 3 , 4 ]

A discussion followed with Kim Do-hyun (김도현), a professor at Kookmin University, and Park Hyun-sun (박현선), head of Labien (라비앙). CJ Onstyle plans to extend the model overseas in the medium to long term. CCFK 2026 runs until 24 October, with global platforms and creators taking part. [ 1 , 3 , 4 ]
