South Korea's IPO market restarts in the week after the early-October holiday, with two companies taking retail subscriptions and four others running institutional demand forecasts, Seoul Economic Daily reported, citing the financial investment industry. No new listings are scheduled this week. [ 2 ]

JinCostec, a company that develops and produces cosmetics materials and finished products on an original design manufacturing basis, is transferring from KONEX to KOSDAQ. It began its retail subscription on Oct 2 and closed it on Oct 6, having fixed its offer price at 23,500 won, the top of its indicative range. Hana Securities is the lead manager. [ 2 ]

Ellice Group, an AI education and infrastructure company, planned to fix its offer price on Oct 6 and to take retail subscriptions on Oct 7 and 8. Its indicative range is 70,400 to 90,500 won, with Mirae Asset Securities as lead manager and Samsung Securities as co-manager. The schedule was pushed back from last month because the company reflected supplementary comments from the Financial Supervisory Service's review of its securities registration statement, the newspaper said. Korea Economic Daily reported that the company is moving toward becoming a full-stack AI infrastructure business with large capital spending, and its headline described the move as a 1 trillion won valuation bet; the paper said overcoming a heavy reliance on public-sector revenue and securing private demand are the key tasks ahead. On the institutional side, DTS is running a demand forecast through Oct 8 and will fix its offer price on Oct 12, with an indicative range of 17,000 to 18,500 won; the company designs and produces heat exchangers, including heat recovery steam generators and air-cooled units, with Daishin Securities as lead manager. T&I Korea, Davio and Ucast all begin demand forecasts on Oct 7 and run them through Oct 14. T&I Korea, which makes high-speed turbo machinery systems based on high-speed motors and air bearings and has expanded from water-treatment turbo blowers into hydrogen power and hydrogen vehicles, has an indicative range of 12,600 to 15,300 won. Davio, a spatial information AI company that builds map data by analysing satellite and aerial imagery, has a range of 12,300 to 16,600 won. Ucast, which develops mobile network equipment, has a range of 21,000 to 26,000 won, with Eugene Investment & Securities as lead manager. [ 2 ]

Maeil Business also published a weekly stock market calendar on Oct 5, but no content beyond the title was available. [ 1 ]

Почему это важно

The week's calendar shows a Korean IPO pipeline resuming after a holiday lull, with sectors ranging from cosmetics materials to AI, space data and telecom equipment. For readers outside Korea the event is largely a domestic listing-schedule matter, so its significance is limited to those tracking Korean equity issuance.

Что пишут местные СМИ

Деловые СМИThe three business outlets treated the week as a routine market-calendar item. Seoul Economic Daily carried the schedule in detail, listing each company, its price range and its underwriter, and framing the holiday's end as the IPO market stretching awake. Korea Economic Daily focused on Ellice Group alone, casting its KOSDAQ push as a shift to AI infrastructure with a 1 trillion won valuation while flagging dependence on public-sector revenue as a key task, but its article body sat behind a premium subscription. Maeil Business published only a weekly stock market calendar title. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]
