Ukraine is willing to take part in trilateral peace talks with Russia and the United States and hopes they can be held in October, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Tykhyi said at a press conference in Kyiv on October 7 local time, according to reports carried by Chinese business outlets citing CCTV News. He said Ukraine is prepared to join not only a leader-level meeting but also three-way talks at other levels. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]
Tykhyi said Ukraine is currently studying "five different ceasefire mechanisms". These include a full, unconditional ceasefire and a Black Sea ceasefire plan put forward by Turkey and Egypt.
