Incheon Urban Development Corporation (iH) said on Oct 6 that it will partially open the northern expressway of Geomdan New Town on Oct 7, in order to minimise vehicle congestion caused by the construction work, Maeil Business reported. Newsis also reported the partial opening for the following day, and Kukmin Ilbo reported it as expected to improve residents' convenience. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]
