The rating calculation lets a company make a basic assessment against criteria including presence in the register of small and medium-sized enterprises, the time since registration, the availability of data on income and expenses, financial reporting, and arrears on taxes and other obligatory payments, CNews reported. For special targeted credit programmes — for example for manufacturers of machine tools and robots or for residents of monotowns — the entrepreneur must meet additional criteria, which are checked at the bank scoring stage. “The МСП.РФ digital platform gives the opportunity to diagnose your business to understand what is missing for using one or another state support tool. This greatly saves resources, as it helps to identify in advance and, if necessary, eliminate the stop-factors found,” SME Corporation general director Alexander Isayev said, according to CNews. He said that since the service launched in 2021, entrepreneurs have diagnosed their companies almost 600,000 times, with the greatest activity among enterprises in manufacturing, trade, scientific and technical activity, the hotel business and education. The most common stop-factors found in the assessment were the absence of data on income and expenses or of financial statements for the reporting year, and arrears on taxes, fees and other obligatory payments of more than 50,000 rubles, CNews reported. The SME Corporation has developed methodological recommendations to help entrepreneurs, according to the same report. [ 2 ]
