Interfax reported that six people were hurt in the city of Kursk, one man in the village of Biryukovka in Bolshesoldatsky district, four people in the village of Viktorovka in Rylsky district and two men in the village of Zhedenovka in Khomutovsky district. RIA Novosti listed the same total of 13 injured but named only three locations, omitting Zhedenovka. The governor said there were no deaths, Interfax reported. [ 1 , 2 ]
Interfax reported that 260 drones of various types were neutralised in the region between 9 a.m. on 5 October and the same time the following day, that evacuated districts came under artillery fire 39 times, and that drones dropped explosive devices 20 times. Interfax listed damage in several settlements: in the village of Peschanoye in Belovsky district a private house and a KamAZ truck were damaged; in the Belaya sloboda the roof of a house, a car, and the roof and windows of a school were damaged; a car was damaged in Biryukovka and destroyed in Viktorovka; in the town of Rylsk the roof of a house and its windows were damaged. In Kursk, Interfax reported damage to an electric bus, the facades and windows of two private houses and four apartments in one apartment building, and two cars. [ 2 ]
