Jiemian reported that the website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission announced on October 8 that Zeng is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. Citing the discipline inspection and supervision group stationed at China State Railway Group and the Hebei provincial discipline inspection and supervisory commissions, Jiemian said he is under disciplinary review by the stationed group and under supervisory investigation by the Hebei Provincial Supervisory Commission.
