South Korea's Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced on October 11 that it had selected 103 AI solutions from 50 companies to support participants in the second edition of Moduui Changeop (모두의 창업). The programme allows citizens with ideas to pursue entrepreneurship with education, mentoring and support at successive stages. Its AI component is intended to help participants carry out market research, create content and develop services, turning their ideas into actual products and services. The ministry said the selected tools would also help them refine their business models. [ 1 , 2 , 4 , 5 ]
A committee of AI and software experts directly tried the proposed solutions and assessed their versatility, technical and price suitability, and security. The reports said the selection emphasised quality so participants could choose tools that met their needs and use them in practice. Tasks supported by the selected solutions include creating websites, generating promotional content and drafting contracts. Participants can use AI to build websites presenting their products and services, create product images and produce promotional materials. The ministry expects this to reduce preparation work and allow participants to focus on improving and developing their ideas. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 5 ]
The selected solutions will be listed on the programme's platform from October 12, and information about each solution's key features and usage will be available from October 14. First-round qualifiers in the second edition can use the solutions up to a value of 1 million won per person. Chosun Ilbo and Seoul Economic Daily reported that applications to use tools will open on October 16. Chosun Ilbo also said explanatory videos would be available from that date to help participants compare services and choose tools for their startup preparations. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 ]
