A POSCO Future M official said, as quoted by Asia Economy, that AI-based manufacturing innovation would raise customer response in sales and marketing by more than 60% and manufacturing productivity by 30%. Seoul Economic Daily and Yonhap also reported a goal of halving product development time. In the medium to long term, the official said, the company would build a platform to lead standards in the battery industry ecosystem, based on data gathered from production to sales. [ 1 , 2 , 4 ]

Seoul Economic Daily and Newsis said the company set out a digital vision in July called 'BoT (Battery of Things) ecosystem game changer'. From August it began an AX project based on company-wide process innovation. Seoul Economic Daily added that the company runs an internal AI festival and AI training, and that 87 experts who completed the training are looking for inefficiencies in actual work. [ 2 , 3 ]
