Warhammer Survivors, developed by the British studio Auroch Digital, will be released on November 10, according to Igromania, StopGame, DTF and 3DNews. The game is coming to PC through Steam and GOG, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S, Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, and iOS and Android. A new gameplay trailer was published with the announcement. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ]

The game is being made in partnership with poncle, the developers of Vampire Survivors, and runs on the same engine as Vampire Survivors, StopGame and 3DNews reported. Players control characters from Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer: Age of Sigmar against waves of enemies, with more than 40 heroes, over 75 weapons, and a large set of passive skills and upgrades, the outlets said. Russian-language text support is promised. [ 2 , 4 ]

StopGame said a new demo with two champions, additional weapons and skills is available on Steam, while 3DNews said the demo is available in Steam and the Microsoft Store and includes two heroes plus improvements made from user feedback. The game will also join Game Pass on launch day. [ 2 , 4 ]

On pricing, the documents differ. StopGame reported the game will be sold for $7.99 or €7.49, with a discount available for early purchases on some platforms, while 3DNews reported a price of $8. Both outlets said a 10 percent discount will apply during the first week after release, at least on Steam. [ 2 , 4 ]

Preorder timing was also described differently. StopGame said preorders open that day, with the Xbox option following later on October 27. 3DNews said preorders had already started on PS5, would open on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 before the end of the day, and would reach Xbox on October 27. [ 2 , 4 ]

The trailer showed new heroes, StopGame reported: the thief Lissa Revenya, who turned her lockpicking tools into weapons and summons the spirit of her mentor, and Morvenn Vahl, head of the Sisters of Battle, in Paragon armour with a heavy bolter. 3DNews named Legend of Cathan and Lissa Revenia as the two heroes in the demo. StopGame also noted that Auroch Digital did not fear competition with Grand Theft Auto VI, which launches a week later. 3DNews said the game was presented last autumn for PC and that a console release was confirmed in spring, with the launch expected in 2026. [ 2 , 4 ]

Why it matters

The title brings two Warhammer settings together in the Vampire Survivors format, a genre with a proven audience, and its day-one Game Pass release and mobile versions widen access beyond console buyers. StopGame noted the release lands a week before Grand Theft Auto VI, which the outlet framed as a competitive slot.
