ASUS JAPAN announced on October 8 that it will sell two laptops for creators in Japan, the 16-inch ProArt P16 (H7607) and the 14-inch ProArt P14 (H7407), both built on NVIDIA's RTX Spark platform. ASCII.jp and PC Watch reported that sales are planned from late October onward. PC Watch said the price and the exact release date will be announced later, and ITmedia reported that price and timing were not yet set and that details were unknown at the time of its report. According to the announcement carried by ASCII.jp, both models use the RTX Spark N1X, a platform that integrates an NVIDIA Blackwell RTX GPU, an NVIDIA Grace CPU and unified memory. The company said the integrated design differs from conventional CPU-plus-GPU configurations and provides up to 1 petaflop of AI performance. Models with up to 128GB of unified memory will be available, which the company said suits large AI models and large data sets. [ 2 , 3 , 4 ]
The intended uses listed include running generative AI and AI agents locally, video editing and 3D rendering. The announcement said the laptops run RTX-accelerated creative applications including Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, CapCut and ComfyUI. [ 2 , 4 ]
Both laptops have CNC-machined chassis and come in two colours, a black (ナノブラック) finish that resists fingerprints and a white (ネオホワイト) finish with a sandblasted texture. They ship with ASUS's own Story Cube app, which uses AI to sort and classify photos and videos; PC Watch also reported a second ASUS generative AI tool, MuseTree, for expanding ideas visually from text and images.
